DT XM481 rims can be a great upgrade to your trail or all-mountain rig. Frankly, they are not much fun to build with due to the required PHR washers, but the results are so good that we've gotten over it.  Paired, of course,  with the supremely reliable DT 240 hubs, a remarkable combination of light weight, durability, and premium performance.  This precision build is enhanced with DT Aerolite spokes for substantial weight savings without compromising durability.  32 spokes each, laced 3 cross front and rear, and wire tied and soldered for maximum reliability.  Fitted with premium alloy nipples, chose red or black.
